Do I need prior gym experience? 需要健身经验吗?

Not at all. We coach complete beginners through to advanced athletes. Your program is designed from where you are right now. 完全不需要。我们辅导完全的初学者到高级运动员,您的计划根据您当前的水平设计。
Is coaching online or in-person? 教练是线上还是线下?

We offer both. Online coaching gives you access regardless of location. In-person coaching is available in selected areas. Both receive full program design and check-ins. 我们同时提供线上和线下服务。线上教练不受地点限制,线下教练在指定地区提供。
